Annual billing is paid upfront. Prices exclude VAT. No refunds. Cancel at any time with short notice and no cancellation fees. Terms and the data processing agreement are provided with your contract.

All questionsCan I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee beyond what you have already paid. Cancel with short notice. Payments already made are not refunded, including annual plans, whether or not you use the service for the full period. Terms and the data processing agreement are provided with your contract.
How do I pay?
By direct debit or bank transfer, monthly or annually. Annual billing is paid upfront and waives the one-off setup fee.
Can we bring our data with us?
Yes. We import properties and contacts in XML format, which systems such as Idealista Tools, Inmovilla, Resales Online and Infocasa can export. Using something else? Tell us what it is and we will tell you exactly what can come across.
Data import is available on the Full and Pro plans, always on quote. It is not available on the Starter plan.
How do you train my team?
The Starter plan includes a 1-hour onboarding session; the Full plan includes a custom training session for your team. Whenever you need more - new staff, a new office - we run extra team training by video call on request.
Do you offer volume discounts for associations or groups?
Yes. If your association, franchise or group of agencies is thinking of joining Inmobalia together, get in touch and we will prepare an offer for the whole group. Contact us.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial period, but the demo is free and without obligation. We show you the CRM and the MLS on data close to yours, and answer your questions before you decide. Book a demo.
Where is our data hosted?
In the European Union, under GDPR. Your data, activity logs and backups all stay inside the EU. Access is set by roles and permissions per person, every user action is written to the activity log, backups run several times a day and the platform is monitored 24/7. More on the security page.
Who is behind Inmobalia CRM?
Inmoba Networks SL (tax ID B92446665), founded in 2003 in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol, and working for real estate agencies ever since. The same company has built, run and supported Inmobalia CRM from its first version to today.
Every call, ticket and email is answered by a person - no answering machine. Support is in Spanish and English, Monday to Friday, 10:00-16:00, on +34 951 400 072.
