Yes. Agencies across Spain can use Inmobalia CRM to manage properties, contacts, leads and sales wherever they work. The MLS is available beyond the Costa del Sol too, but its strongest active network of agencies and shared properties is on the Costa del Sol, including Marbella.

More than 100 portals and franchise networks, including Idealista, Fotocasa, Kyero, thinkSPAIN, Rightmove and ImmobilienScout24, in any number of languages. If a portal you need is missing, ask us - new ones can be added on request.

Yes. We import properties and contacts in XML format, which systems such as Idealista Tools, Inmovilla, Resales Online and Infocasa can export. Using something else? Tell us what it is and we will tell you exactly what can come across.

Data import is available on the Full and Pro plans, always on quote. It is not available on the Starter plan.

Yes. A daily XML import from your current system keeps your listings up to date in Inmobalia CRM, so you can complete the details when it suits you.

If your website runs on another system's feed, we generate the same XML it already expects - your webmaster points it at the new feed and nothing else on the site changes.

The Starter plan includes a 1-hour onboarding session; the Full plan includes a custom training session for your team. Whenever you need more - new staff, a new office - we run extra team training by video call on request.

Control and quality. Agencies are admitted by review, and each listing agency decides who can offer a property and whether it may appear on other websites or portals. That is why established agencies share properties here that you will not find on other MLSs.

Search starts with verified, up-to-date listings, and duplicate properties are clearly marked. The Developments MLS, with units published directly by promoters, is free and included in every plan.

Yes. Every licence is an office, so a franchise or association can run its own private MLS on Inmobalia while each office keeps its client data private.

Yes. The newsletter module (Pro plan) includes an MJML-based designer and templates. Segmentation happens over the enquiries already stored in the CRM - search the clients who match the send and add them; there are no lists or groups to maintain. Every send respects GDPR and each contact's choice about receiving email.

Yes, today. Our official MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP-capable agents work directly with your agency's CRM data, and the REST API is publicly documented. API and MCP are both included in the Pro plan.

Built-in AI (Pro plan) also writes listing descriptions in your agency's tone, translates them into any language and summarises incoming leads.

Yes, on the Pro plan. Zapier connects through the Inmobalia CRM app (12 triggers, 40 actions and searches); Make and N8n connect through the REST API. They check for new and updated records at regular intervals and run your workflows from there - for example, sending new contacts to HubSpot.

Yes. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee beyond what you have already paid. Cancel with short notice. Payments already made are not refunded, including annual plans, whether or not you use the service for the full period. Terms and the data processing agreement are provided with your contract.

In the European Union, under GDPR. Your data, activity logs and backups all stay inside the EU. Access is set by roles and permissions per person, every user action is written to the activity log, backups run several times a day and the platform is monitored 24/7. More on the security page.
